About the company:
•FEI express is a courier services company and a designated retailer for UPS and SF Express founded in 2018.
Main job responsibilities:
•Overseeing Daily Operations: Managing and coordinating the daily operations of the courier service, including planning delivery routes, scheduling pickups, and ensuring timely delivery of parcels.
•Resource Management: Allocating resources efficiently, such as vehicles, staff, and equipment, to optimize delivery schedules and reduce operational costs.
•Quality Assurance: Ensuring that all packages are handled correctly, and customer service standards are maintained, including resolving customer complaints, tracking shipments, and managing delays.
•Fleet Management: Managing the maintenance and operation of the delivery fleet, including vehicle inspections, fuel management, and compliance with safety regulations.
•Performance Monitoring: Tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) such as delivery times, customer satisfaction, and cost efficiency, and using this data to identify areas for improvement.
•Compliance and Safety: Ensuring all logistics activities comply with industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies, including handling hazardous materials when necessary.
Qualifications:
•Post-secondary education, or equivalent experience at least 3 years.
•Proven experience in logistics or operations management, preferably in the delivery sector.
•Strong knowledge of transportation regulations and compliance.
•Excellent leadership and team management skills.
•Proficient in data analysis and performance metrics.
•Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
•Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
