Key Responsibilities:
• Accurately manage financial records by setting up, maintaining, and balancing accounts through both manual and computerized systems.
• Perform cost and price analysis on suppliers, business partners, and competitors, and carry out evaluations to ensure the company secures the best value.
• Generate a variety of statistical, financial, and accounting reports as needed.
• Handle and coordinate accounts, including the balancing and reconciliation of various accounts using both manual and automated bookkeeping systems.
• Provide training and guidance to some other accounting staff, ensuring they are well-prepared and knowledgeable in their roles.
• Provide individualized accounting services as needed, including the preparation of tax forms.
Qualifications:
• A college diploma or above in accounting, financing, or a related field is required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a financial or accounting technician.
• Experiences in Educational industry is an asset.
• Experiences in handling complex accounting tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
• Excellent analysis, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
