Job Description
Set goals for the organization and frame or check policies and programs for the organization
Frame and review compensation actions
Establish senior departments and recruit qualified employees for senior positions and delegate them duties
Forecast annual budgets, expense, and determine variances
Implement changes, examine workflow, space, and equipment requirements
Arrange resources pertaining to material, human, and finance to apply the company’s policies and procedures
Exhibit control over financial and administrative aspects, promote campaigns and plans related to personnel
Ensure safety, accident, and injury-free workplace
Recruit managers, directors, and other positions at the executive level
Synchronize the tasks among various departments
Act on behalf of the organization, authorize other employees to act on behalf of the company for necessary official concerns
