We are currently looking for a Healthcare Manager to support the expansion of our operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to excellence in healthcare management, with a focus on optimizing operational efficiency and driving high standards of care in our clinical and laboratory services.

Job Duties: 
1.Oversee and coordinate daily healthcare operations related to the production and distribution of diagnostic products, including primary and secondary antibodies, antigens, and proprietary blocking reagents, ensuring efficient production and delivery of high-quality products to meet client needs.
2.Lead and manage a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including medical researcher, laboratory technicians, fostering a collaborative, positive, and productive work environment.
3.Develop, implement, and enforce policies and procedures that reflect Biogate's commitment to scientific integrity, regulatory compliance, product quality, and customer satisfaction.
4.Prepare, manage, and monitor departmental budgets, focusing on resource allocation for healthcare and laboratory operations, including the production of antibodies, antigens, and blocking reagents.
Supervise medical staff and coordinate with other departments to enhance client outcomes and streamline communication across the organization.
6.Continuously monitor and evaluate service delivery, identifying areas for improvement to maintain high-quality standards.
7.Represent Biogate Laboratories Ltd. at industry conferences, public forums, and professional gatherings, presenting the company's healthcare operations and innovative products.
8.Lead the recruitment, onboarding, and training of healthcare professionals, ensuring the team is skilled, compliant with industry standards, and able to meet operational demands. Develop training programs that focus on regulatory compliance, product knowledge, and healthcare best practices.
9.Implement and oversee quality improvement initiatives based on feedback and data evaluation to enhance product reliability and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:
1.Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, medicine, or a related field, or equivalent experience in the healthcare or medical industry.
2.A minimum of 3 years of proven experience in healthcare management, administration, or a similar leadership role within the healthcare or medical field.
3.Strong leadership abilities with excellent organizational and communication skills, capable of guiding diverse teams and fostering collaboration.
4.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, effectively managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
5.Exceptional financial acumen, with demonstrated expertise in budgeting, resource allocation, and managing healthcare facility finances efficiently.
