AMJ Campbell is seeking for two (2) Finance Secretaries to support our finance department. These roles will involve handling administrative tasks, maintaining accurate financial records, and assisting with additional administrative tasks. We’re looking for proactive individuals with a strong attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in managing and organizing records, including invoices, receipts, and expense reports.
• Prepare, key in, edit and proofread correspondence, invoices, presentations, brochures, publications, reports and related material from machine dictation and handwritten copy.
• Handle confidential financial information with integrity and discretion.
• Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments for the finance team.
• May compile financial data, statistics, and other relevant information to support budgeting and financial analysis activities.
• Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and answering phone calls.
Qualifications:
• Completion of a one- or two-year college program in administrative assistance or a related field, or prior clerical experience, is required.
•1 year to less than 2 years of job experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with financial software and systems (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) is a plus.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
