Responsibilities
• Establish work priorities and ensure adherence to procedures and deadlines
• Administer policies related to the release of records under government access to information and privacy legislation
• Coordinate office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, and security services
• Assist in preparing the operating budget and maintain inventory controls
• Assemble data for periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence
• Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures
Required Skills
• Proficient in electronic mail, electronic scheduling, spreadsheets, MS Excel, and MS Word
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
• Organized and flexible
Additional Information
• On-site work required; no remote work option available
