We are now looking for an experienced, driven and passionate Chief Financial Officer who also shares our value to join our team in support of CL's strategy development and help us improve financial management.
Job Duties:
• Analyze and determine strategic approaches of the company; provide financial analysis for the operation and development of the business;
• Develop the company's annual plans and propose forward-looking warnings and measures from the perspectives of finance, risk control, policies, etc.;
• Evaluate the financial status and operating results of the company; provide financial, performance, and ROI analysis to support executive management decisions;
• Develop effective finance strategies and plans; organize the formulation and review of the company's annual budget and funding plan;
• Supervise the implementation of large-scale projects; participate in recruiting and selecting middle managers;
• Conduct risk assessment, guidance and practical internal financial control; provide financial advice and strategic basis for the operation of the company;
• Establish and improve the company's financial system to ensure financial compliance and improve operational effectiveness;
• Oversee the preparation and approval of all financial reporting materials and provide financial reports to the senior management;
• Supervise the budget management and funding plans of each department and offer adjustment recommendations based on actual situations;
• Build and maintain good relationships with internal and external stakeholders;
• Act as the company's representative to negotiate with regulatory bodies and/or attend public meetings.
Requirements and Qualifications:
• A bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, economics, commerce or a related field is required; a Master's degree is preferred.
• Minimum five years of work experience in an executive role in finance.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, presentation and leadership skills.
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills, and highly organized with the ability to manage people, projects and budgets.
• Be able to work under pressure and in a fast-paced team environment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and related software.
