We are looking for an experienced Foreman to join our team.
Job Duties:
Lead and supervise a team of employees to ensure smooth operations, task completion, and productivity.
Coordinate daily operational tasks to meet organizational goals, ensuring timely and accurate completion of work.
Monitor project progress and resource utilization to ensure objectives are achieved.
Facilitating strong communication processes across all levels of management and staff within your area and division
Ensuring all employees receive appropriate and ongoing compliance training.
Overseeing payroll, expenses, and accounts payable, with a focus on cost containment.
Implementing business initiatives, including corrective action plans for underperforming locations. Ensuring economic performance aligned with operating budgets, year-end goals, and objectives.
Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and legal regulations.
Promote and maintain a safe and healthy work environment, adhering to workplace safety protocols.
Identify and mitigate risks within the team’s operations.
Requirements:
High school diploma
Proven experience in a supervisory role, preferably within the same industry.
Leadership and team management skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
