Job Description:
- Administer day to day office operations. Establish, evaluate, implement and supervise office procedures
- Maintain tidy and professional set up in the office
- Greet clients, schedule appointments
- Manage office service equipments, forms, supplies, office security etc.
- Coordinate and host seminars/events and take notes of the proceedings
- Manage mails/ electronic correspondence, receive phone calls and forward the same appropriately
- Keep upto date the office insurance policies, lease agreements etc
- Assist in processing job applications including reference checking, booking interviews etc
- Manage reservations and other travel related activities, prepare expense reports
- Prepare and proofread documents like invoices, Purchase and Sale agreements and various reports
- Coordinate with the company accountants and various other stakeholders
- Handling tasks such as filing, photocopying, printing and binding, typing documents, faxing internal documents etc.
- Perform light accounting/book keeping duties, if required
