Specific Skills
• Weigh, measure, and prepare ingredients such as flour, yeast, sugar, salt, and other essential baking materials.
• Measure, mix, bake, and decorate a variety of desserts and cakes, including baked goods, macarons, specialty pastries, and seasonal items.
• Operate baking machinery and perform basic maintenance as required.
• Develop unique recipes and decorative designs to attract and engage customers.
• Oversee bakery operations, including inventory control, stock replenishment, appliance upkeep, compliance with health and hygiene standards, and sales monitoring.
• Ensure that the quality of products meets established standards.
• Train junior bakers to meet company standards and set up evaluation assessments to track their progress and performance.
