Tasks
• Sort the technical problems in order to help the employee with established procedures
• Monitor and evaluate
• Prepare and submit reports
• Train staff/workers in job duties, safety procedures and company policies
• Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments
• Resolve work problems, provide technical advice and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
• Establish work schedules and procedures
