Responsibilities
• File documentsin designated storage area.
• Organize files by retention and disposal schedules.
• Manage document labelling, filing, and retrieval.
• Arrange, handle, and confirm receipts, applications, and other paperwork.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail by hand or digitally
• Send and receive messages.
• Perform simple bookkeeping duties
• Arrange bank deposits and invoices.
• Give clients and the public general information.
• Make photocopies and compile paperwork for mailing, distributing, and storing.
• Respond to and forward phone calls or emails with inquiries.
• Keep track of and create reports using databases, mailing lists, manual or electronic files, and inventories.
• Complete data entry, offer customer support.
• Create and keep an eye on budgets and contracts.
• Type and customize forms, letters, and other documents.
