Job description:
Construction supervisors are responsible for managing crews and ensuring adherence to safety standards. By planning, organizing, and controlling these projects, they create an efficient and safe workplace. Depending on various project sizes, oversee the daily operations on construction sites.
Job duties:
1. Provide construction supervision and management for assigned projects and arrange relevant personnel to perform work.
2. Safely implement electrical engineering and equipment installation, including air conditioning, refrigeration, heating, etc.
3. Monitor and evaluate employee performance, provide information such as training, safety protocols and company policies.
4. Review and interpret scope of work, specifications and other project documents throughout the construction process;
5. Maintain accurate and detailed project documentation, including daily reports and change orders;
6. Work with project managers and other subcontractors to ensure that project goals and deadlines are met;
7. Conduct regular site visits and inspections to check progress, identify and resolve issues or challenges, and ensure project schedules are achieved;
8. Ensure project specifications and quality standards are adhered to throughout the construction process;
9. Multi-task and be able to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Hourly Wage: 21-24/hr
Hours: 35-40 hrs/week
