We are looking to hire 2 permanent full time Insulation Supervisors as soon as possible.
Job Duties include:
• Prepare production and other reports
• Supervise workers and projects
• Co-ordinate and schedule activities
• Recruit and hire workers and carry out related staffing actions
• Train or arrange for training
• Set up machines and equipment
• Estimate costs and materials
• Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
• Recommend personnel actions
• Read blueprints and drawings
• Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies
Employment Requirements:
• The positions require a related experience of 2 years to less than 3 years.
• Minimum Secondary (high) school graduation Certificate is required.
• Ideal candidates should be organized, team player and reliable with good communication skills.
• The incumbents should be capable to estimate costs and materials.
• The position is physically demanding and requires walking, bending, crouching, kneeling and manual dexterity.
• The candidate may be required to work in noisy and outdoor spaces.
Terms of Employment:
The candidates are expected to be available for work for morning and daytime. These are full time (40 hours per week) and permanent positions with a salary of $39.00/Hour.
Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.
