We are seeking a dedicated and organized Hotel Managing Supervisor to join our team and help ensure our guests enjoy a memorable, comfortable stay.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Hotel Managing Supervisor, you will oversee the daily operations of our lodge and coordinate staff to maintain high standards of service. Your responsibilities will include:
• Supervising and coordinating front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance staff to ensure efficient operations and guest satisfaction.
• Training and mentoring team members on best practices in customer service, cleanliness, and hotel protocols.
• Assisting in staff scheduling, ensuring adequate coverage for all shifts and peak times.
• Handling guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally to enhance the guest experience.
• Managing inventory and ordering necessary supplies for housekeeping, front desk, and other departments.
• Conducting regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and facilities to ensure they meet cleanliness and maintenance standards.
• Implementing health and safety guidelines and ensuring compliance with hotel policies and regulations.
Qualifications:
• Experience in hotel or hospitality management experience preferred.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Ability to handle various tasks in a fast-paced environment and adapt to guest needs.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
