CDC HVAC Inc. offers complete HVAC solutions to meet the demand of high-rise residential, commercial and institutional buildings. Our services are expansive, ranging from demolition to commission. We are experts in HVAC equipment retrofit and energy management. Our licensed mechanics, electricians, certified energy managers/energy auditors, and professional project managers are specialized in completing your project on time and on budget. Client satisfaction is our priority. Our company has significant experience collaborating with property owners, tenants, engineers, and property managers to ensure good planning and efficient execution of projects.
Our goal is to become the frontrunning provider of HVAC solutions, and to establish new industry standards for reliability, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
At this time, we are looking to hire an Office Services Coordinator. CDC HVAC Inc. is seeking an individual who will ensure that our services are provided in an efficient and timely manner by competently and professionally completing administrative tasks.
The job responsibilities and duties include, but are not limited to, the following:
• Overseeing office administrative procedures and tasks to ensure they are followed;
• Developing and implementing new administrative procedures when necessary;
• Scheduling, coordinating and confirming HVAC technician site visits;
• Assisting in taking and maintaining inventory, including HVAC equipment;
• Communicating services fee quotes to clients for various services, including but not limited to: demolition, heating plant replacement, cooling plant replacement, and dehumidification units replacement;
• Organizing billing data to provide to our accounting department;
• Prioritize work tasks and delegate work to supporting administrative staff when required;
• Ensuring that deadlines are met.
Qualifications and skills for the position are as follows:
• Completion of post-secondary education (4-year university program preferred);
• Demonstration of a general background knowledge of HVAC equipment and HVAC solutions;
• Intermediate level of experience in office administration;
• Completion of a management certificate is strongly preferred.
The ideal candidate is adaptable, organized, has excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and is able to deliver high-quality customer service to our clients, as well as assistance to our staff.
This is a full-time, permanent position, with a fixed salary of $34.07/hour. Standard health benefits, including eye care and dental care, are included following a probationary period. The candidate must be available for a 40-hour work week and must be available as per the needs of the facility.
The candidate may be required to perform site visits at job sites. These on-site visits can occur as frequently as twice per week. Mileage is compensated by the employer, but transportation is not provided by the employer at this time. The candidate must have a valid driver’s license.
