Title of the position: Building Superintendent – NOC 73201
Number of positions available: one
Term of employment: 35h to 40h per week – full time – permanent position.
Language: English.
Wage: C$35.40 per hour.

Job Duties
• Maintaining building systems and equipment, such as heating and cooling systems, electrical systems, plumbing and fixtures, and security systems
• Conducting regular inspections of all building systems to ensure proper functioning and identify needed repairs or replacements
• Performing minor repairs and maintenance tasks, such as painting, carpentry, and cleaning
• Inspecting and cleaning common areas, such as lobbies, hallways, and stairwells
• Organizing and overseeing contractors and service personnel for larger repairs and maintenance projects
• Providing support to tenants with inquiries or requests
• Ensuring building safety and security
Requirements
• 1 year experience in maintenance.
• High School Diploma.
• Familiar with industry best practices.
• Ability to work under pressure while always maintaining a professional image.
• Working independently with little direct supervision.
• Have a well-balanced concern for both tasks and people.
• Have a genuine concern for the needs of customers.
