Position Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Apprentice Electrician to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their career in the construction and property development industry. You will work alongside experienced electricians, gaining hands-on experience in electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance within our high-quality residential and commercial projects.
Responsibilities:
• Assist in installing, repairing, and maintaining electrical systems in accordance with BC Electrical Code.
• Work on wiring, lighting fixtures, outlets, and other electrical components in residential and commercial properties.
• Support troubleshooting electrical issues and implement solutions.
• Operating various tools and equipment, such as wire strippers, multimeters, oscilloscopes, and power tools, while following safety procedures.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Ensure all work adheres to safety regulations and company standards.
Requirements:
• Completion of secondary school is required.
• Enrolled in or eligible for a recognized electrical apprenticeship program in BC.
• Ability to work in a physically demanding environment, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• Willingness to learn and take direction from experienced electricians.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety practices.
