Position: Operation Manager (NOC60020)
Working Hours: Around 35 hours per week
Work Location: 3022 Osler St, London, ON
Job Responsibilities:
• Managing staff and evaluating their performance.
• Selecting and determining suppliers, vendors, service providers and distributors.
• Negotiating purchase contracts and various service and distribution contracts.
• Developing and implementing marketing strategies.
• Establishing distribution channels and networks.
• Leading the purchase, sales, import and export activities, logistics, supply chain and warehouse.
• Determining the price and service terms of the products to be sold.
• Controlling the budgets and operation costs.
• Coordinating various relationships in business activities with outside partners, shippers, suppliers, customers, service providers, distributors, subcontractors, etc.
• Handling customers’ complaints.
• Handling various issues arising from business activities.
• Recruiting and training staff.
Requirements:
• At least two years of related work experience.
• At least a college diploma.
• Familiarity with international trade practices and procedures, as well as customs clearance practices and procedures.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Being good at QuickBooks, Excel, and PowerBI.
• Able to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent leadership and interactive ability.
• Good research and problem-solving skills.
• Business trips inside and outside Canada are required.
