Position Details
Job Title: Operations Manager
Position Available: 1

Terms: Full-time, Permanent
Working Hours: 30-35 hours per week
Wage: $52-55 per hour
Start Date: As soon as possible
Job Duties:
• Establish short and long-term objectives, formulate policies, and develop and implement strategic plans that meet these objectives.
• Oversee operations and lead the company, ensuring the company is consistently moving towards fulfilling the objectives.
• Organize and authorize different departments and coordinate the works, such as project management and logistics, to ensure operational excellence and driving business growth.
• Establish and maintain robust relationships with stakeholders, such as clients and other business partners.
• Manage and allocate the company’s resources for operational optimization and business growth.
• Participate in recruitment for middle management team and other senior staff members, oversee their performance and provide necessary guide and training.
• Act as the company’s representative in important negotiations or meetings on behalf of the company when necessary.
Requirements:
• At least a bachelor’s degree; higher education is preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of responsibility in business operations, development or management.
• Strong analytical skills and a solutions-oriented mindset.
• Strong business insight with excellent decision-making capabilities.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Creative thinker and able to constantly explore new opportunities and approaches to achieve our mission.
