Education: College diploma (CEGEP) or equivalent.
Experience: 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in motel or hotel management.
Computer Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and MS Windows
Key Responsibilities
-Develop and implement policies and procedures for daily operations.
-Recruit, hire, and supervise staff, conducting performance reviews as needed.
-Negotiate with suppliers to ensure timely provision of materials and supplies.
-Conduct training sessions to uphold and improve service standards.
-Address customer complaints or concerns professionally and promptly.
-Assist guests with special needs and ensure their comfort.
-Establish work schedules and enforce company policies and procedures.
-Negotiate with clients for facility use and bookings.
