Position Overview
We are looking for a motivated Assistant Restaurant Manager to support the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operations. The ideal candidate will help supervise the team, ensure excellent customer service, and assist in maintaining operational efficiency. This role is perfect for someone with leadership skills who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
Education: Completion of a college program or relevant training related to hospitality or food and beverage service management is required. Equivalent work experience in the food service industry will also be considered.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years in the food service sector, including experience in supervisory or management duties.
Language: English is required for effective communication with staff and customers.
Skills: Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving abilities. A customer-focused mindset and the ability to work effectively under pressure are essential.
Availability: Flexibility to work weekends, and holidays as needed.
Considered Assets: Food safety certification (or willingness to obtain).
JOB DUTIES
Support Daily Operations: Assist the Restaurant Manager in coordinating day-to-day activities to ensure smooth service.
Supervise Team: Help oversee staff performance, provide support, and foster a positive team atmosphere.
Customer Service: Address customer concerns or inquiries professionally to ensure satisfaction.
Scheduling Assistance: Assist with organizing employee schedules to ensure adequate staffing.
Inventory Management: Monitor supplies, support restocking efforts, and minimize waste.
Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations to maintain a safe and clean environment.
Quality Assurance: Help uphold food preparation and service standards in alignment with company expectations.
Operational Support: Provide input to improve restaurant operations and meet performance goals.
