Duties:
• May oversee and provide training to office staff on procedures and the use of current software.
• Develop and implement office procedures.
• Arrange and verify the employer's appointments and meetings.
• Respond to phone and electronic inquiries, and forward calls and messages accordingly.
• Purchase office supplies and manage inventory levels.
• Welcome visitors, determine the purpose of their visit, and guide them to the employer or the appropriate individual.
• Organize and manage both manual and digital information filing systems.
• Facilitate the exchange of information within the organization and with external departments and organizations.
Minimum education: Completion of secondary school is required.
Minimum Experience: Minimum 2 years of related work experience is required.
Number of Positions: 1
Salary: $34.75/hour (Minimum 32 hrs/week).
