Who We’re Seeking to Join Our Team:
The successful candidate ideally holds 1+ years of experience in an administrative, project management, or market research role to manage the support activities necessary for successfully executing quality benchmarking studies. The ideal candidate will be data-savvy, with a keen eye for detail and comfortable dealing with mathematics.

What Success Looks Like in this Role:
This position is responsible for all support activities necessary for executing customer benchmarking programs, including coordination of questionnaires, development of data/report specifications, data verification, report production, and overall project coordination.
This role may require communication with the Program Manager (for Toronto-based programs) or the Country and Field Managers (for programs outside Canada) to ensure all aspects of assigned programs are completed on time while maintaining data integrity and quality.

Specific Responsibilities:
1. Customer Questionnaires – At the start of each program cycle, work closely with the program management team to verify any changes in questionnaire data requirements, update and maintain the category/competitor database, prepare questionnaires, coordinate mail-outs, and track responses. Follow up with Program Managers as needed on unreturned questionnaires.
2. Specifications Development – Collaborate with the program management team to develop report and data processing specifications that reflect any updates in questionnaires, sponsor needs, or customer categories. Create report formats and data processing templates in advance of receiving completed questionnaires.
3. Data Verification – Process completed questionnaires, perform data verification procedures, and work with the program management team to establish guidelines for cut-offs and tabulation weighting.
4. Project Management – Manage timelines, coordinate with internal and external associates, and oversee report production across Access, Excel, PowerPoint, and PDF.
5. Additional Support – Provide backup support as required to meet organizational needs.

What We’re Looking For:
Education & Experience:
• Post-secondary education in information services, market research, or business administration preferred.
• 1+ years’ experience in project coordination, market research, or data management.
• Experience in the market research industry.

Knowledge & Skills (Competencies):
• Advanced proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Knowledge of advanced Excel functions such as PivotTables, VLOOKUP, and macros is necessary.
• Fluency in English (written and oral); additional language skills are an asset.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for internal and external interactions.
• Time management skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Organizational skills.
• Analytical skills.
• Comfortable working with data/numbers.

Terms of Employment: Permanent

Wage: $34.5 to $35 per hour
Hours: 32 hr/week
