Wage: $15.20/hour
Work Hours: 30 - 40 Hours/week

Vacation: 4% vacation pay plus statutory holidays
Location: 303 Bryanston Road, Lucasville, NS B4B 0N3
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
? Assist in the preparation of dishes and side dishes from the menu.
? Operate dishwashers to wash dishes, glassware and flatware.
? Help with planning menus and determining the size of food portions, measuring and mixing ingredients according to recipes using various kitchen utensils and equipment.
? Clean and sanitize items such as dishwasher mats, carts and waste disposal units
? Sanitize and wash dishes and other items by hand
? Package take-out food, Portion and wrap foods
? Use manual and electrical appliances to clean, peel, slice and trim foodstuffs
? Clean and inspect kitchen and work areas.
? Wash, peel and cut vegetables and fruit
? Assist in maintaining inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment.
? Support general kitchen operations as needed.
? Remove kitchen garbage and trash, Sweep, mop, wash and polish floors
Education: Academic: Secondary school graduation certificate preferred.
Language: English
Experience: Experience is an asset.
