Thorpe Industries, located at 3934 Arthur Rose Ave, Saskatoon, SK S7P 0C9 is seeking Construction Craft Labourers for work in and around the city of Saskatoon. $25/hr for 40 hours per week, OT as per labour law. At least 1 year experience in sheet metal or roofing required.
Job duties to include:
• Load, unload and transport construction materials
• Perform pre-operational inspection
• Clean and lubricate cranes
• Assist in framing houses, erecting walls, and building roofs
• Perform routine maintenance work
• Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites
• Read blueprints to determine work requirements
• Install, repair, and maintain commercial sheet metal and roofing system
• Ability to work at heights and various weather conditions
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures to maintain safe work environment
• Proficiency in use of tools, power tools, and trade-specific equipment is essential
• Demonstrate the ability to pass Drug and Alcohol screening (require for certain project sites.
