Duties:
• Analyse market research and trends to assess consumer demand and potential sales volumes.
• Identify the products and services to offer, and establish pricing and credit policies.
• Evaluate the impact of competitors' activities on sales.
• Supervise employees and delegate tasks.
• Manage staffing needs, including recruitment, development, and retention of employees.
• Examine market research and trends to evaluate consumer demand, estimate potential sales, and analyze how competitors' activities influence sales.
• Create financial plans, approve spending, and track income.
Minimum education: Completion of secondary school is required.
Minimum Experience: Minimum 1 year of related work experience is required.
Number of Positions: 1
Salary: $41.00/hour (Minimum 32 hrs/week).
