Salary: CAD$41 per hour

Your Role:
As the Shop Manager, you will:
• Oversee daily operations of the shop, ensuring workflow efficiency.
• Lead, manage and motivate a skilled team of technicians and staff.
• Maintain quality standards and ensure repairs are completed to the highest industry standards.
• Build strong relationships with customers and maintain exceptional customer service.
• Coordinate with insurance companies and suppliers for smooth operations.
• Plan budgets, monitor revenues and authorize expenditures.
• Hire and onboard staff as needed to support operations.
Ideal Candidate:
• Minimum one year working experience in an autobody shop or automotive industry. Supervisory or managerial experience in a strong asset.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is required. A post-secondary diploma or certificate in automotive repair, management or a related field is an asset.
• Strong ability to lead, motivate, and manage a diverse team.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to manage budgets, coordinate schedules, and oversee multiple priorities effectively.
