Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
• Write, modify, integrate, and test software code to meet business requirements.
• Maintain and enhance existing computer programs by implementing necessary modifications.
• Identify, analyze, and communicate technical problems, processes, and solutions.
• Prepare reports, manuals, and documentation on software status, operation, and maintenance.
• Assist in collecting and documenting user requirements for software development.
• Research, evaluate, and recommend software solutions to improve business efficiency.
• Consult with clients post-sale to provide technical support and ensure system functionality.
• May lead and coordinate a team of computer programmers on various projects.
Qualifications:
• A bachelor's degree or college diploma in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline with a strong programming component.
• Minimum 3 years of experience with Business Basic programming.
• Proficiency in software development, troubleshooting, and problem-solving.
• Strong understanding of software lifecycle and maintenance best practices.
• Experience in researching and evaluating software products to optimize business solutions.
• Excellent communication skills in English (spoken, read, and written).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet project deadlines.
