The Truck Drivers Supervisor will play a vital role in overseeing and coordinating truck driver activities, ensuring compliance with transportation regulations, and contributing to the overall efficiency of our operations.
Key Responsibilities:
-Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the activities of truck drivers.
-Ensure compliance with safety regulations and transportation standards.
-Monitor drivers’ performance and provide feedback or corrective actions as needed.
-Organize daily dispatch schedules to ensure on-time deliveries.
-Maintain accurate records of mileage, fuel usage, and driver hours.
-Oversee vehicle maintenance and repairs.
-Address operational issues and resolve problems.
-Provide training or arrange for training of truck drivers.
-Recommend measures to improve driver performance and safety standards.
Computer and Technology Knowledge:
MS Office
