Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years. or equivalent experience. Work setting: Finance and insurance. Tasks: Assess potential institutional, business or individual client markets. Calculate premiums. Establish client insurance coverage. Establish method of payment. Identify potential markets. Provide customer service. Provide information concerning group and individual insurance packages, the range of risk coverage, benefits paid and other policy features. Sell automobile, fire, health, life, property, marine, aircraft and other types of insurance. Maintain and manage digital database. Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages. Compile data, statistics and other information. Order office supplies and maintain inventory. Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses : Life Licence Qualification Program (LLQP).
