As part of our growing team, we are seeking a detail-oriented Office Administrative Assistant to help maintain seamless office operations and support daily administrative tasks.
Job Summary:
The Office Administrative Assistant will be responsible for handling office management tasks, coordinating team communication, and maintaining records to ensure a well-organized and efficient work environment. This role is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate the flow of information within the team
Oversee and control daily office operations
Evaluate and improve administrative procedures
Plan and organize office activities to enhance efficiency
Establish and implement workplace policies and procedures
Train new employees on office operations and protocols
Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences
Manage employee training and development strategies
Handle phone calls, emails, and relay messages
Respond to employee inquiries, questions, and complaints
Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels
Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate department or service area
Maintain manual and computerized filing systems for easy access to information
Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
Provide outstanding customer service and support
Requirements:
? Language: English
? Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
? Experience: 1 to less than 7 months in an administrative role
? Workplace: On-site only (No remote work available)
Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and data entry software
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication in English
Attention to detail and accuracy in administrative tasks
Quick adaptability to new processes and office technologies
