We are hiring an office manager responsible for administrative procedures, organizing the office, and ensuring the smooth running of our office.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement office procedures to ensure smooth and efficient daily operations.
- Manage and organize incoming physical and electronic correspondence, ensuring timely distribution and action.
- Respond to inquiries via phone and email, directing them appropriately.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and conference calls.
- Maintain and update both physical and digital filing systems to ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Record, track, and monitor assignments and performance.
- Train employees on their responsibilities and company guidelines.
- Assist in preparing and managing the office budget, while monitoring inventory and expense controls.
- Gather and compile data to produce regular reports, manuals, and other official documents.
- Plan and coordinate company events, meetings, and conferences, including managing travel and accommodation arrangements.
- Perform additional administrative tasks and duties as needed to support the office and ensure smooth workflow.
Qualifications:
- Completion of post-secondary education is required.
- 3 or more years of experience as an office manager or in a related field.
- Strong leadership and communication skills are required.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be well-organized with a high attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
