Work Location: Candidate is required to work at various locations as per company contracts.
Wage Rate: $36.75 Hourly for 40 Hours per week

Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years
Languages: English
Working setting: Construction, Renovation, Commercial, Residential.
Job Duties:
• Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of workers.
• Prepare production and other reports.
• Recommend measures to improve productivity.
• Co-ordinate and schedule activities.
• Train or arrange for training.
• Ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
• Recommend personnel actions.
• Establish methods to meet work schedules.
• Read blueprints and drawings.
• Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies.
Work site environment: Outdoors
Supervision: Carpenters, Trades helpers
Work conditions and physical capabilities: Work under pressure
