• Key Duties and Responsibilities:
• Prepare and cook high-quality foods, including main dishes and sides from the menu.
• Prepare and cook special meals for customers with food allergies or intolerances if needed.
• Season and cook food according to recipes or personal judgment and experience.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards in the kitchen.
• Estimate food needs and order ingredients and supplies.
• Keep the kitchen and workstations clean and organized.
• Track and manage inventory, supplies, and kitchen equipment.
• Oversee daily kitchen operations to ensure efficiency.
• Plan menus, determine portion sizes, and measure and mix ingredients using kitchen tools and equipment if needed.
- Education: Academic: Secondary school graduation certificate required
- Language: English
- Experience: 1 year of related cooking experience is required
