We’re looking for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee and optimize our daily warehouse functions. In this key role, you’ll lead a team of dedicated staff, ensure accurate inventory control, and maintain a safe, organized, and efficient warehouse environment.


Job Duties: 
1.Supervise day-to-day warehouse operations including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping; Monitor and maintain inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and reconciliations; Coordinate and prioritize daily tasks to meet operational demands and deadlines; Ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment and dispatch.
2.Ensure all warehouse operations comply with company policies, health and safety regulations, and legal requirements; Conduct regular safety inspections and implement corrective actions where necessary.
3.Oversee inventory control processes and systems, ensuring data accuracy; Monitor the condition and functionality of warehouse equipment; coordinate maintenance or repairs as needed; Manage stock rotation and ensure proper storage practices to reduce damage and waste.
4.Gather information about delayed shipments, damaged goods, inventory mismatches, or workflow bottlenecks; Inform the relevant parties about the action being taken and apply effective problem-solving methods.
5.Keep an eye on warehouse management systems, inventory software, barcode scanners, and handheld devices to detect glitches or slow performance. Assist in maintaining a preventative maintenance schedule for all machinery and equipment to reduce the risk of breakdowns.
6.Ensure that all departments involved in warehouse operations - ranging from inventory and order management to logistics and IT - work together seamlessly to drive operational success and meet organizational objectives.
7.Train new and existing warehouse workers by conducting onboarding sessions, hands-on demonstrations, and structured training programs to ensure proficiency in job duties, equipment use, safety protocols, and warehouse management systems.


Qualifications:
1.At least a post-secondary education in business administration, supply chain management, logistics or relevant work experiece is required for this role.
2.1 - 2 years of supervisory or team lead experience in a warehouse or similar operational role.
3.Strong understanding of warehouse operations, including inbound and outbound logistics, inventory control, order fulfillment, and shipping/receiving procedures.
4.Familiarity with safety regulations and compliance standards.
5.Strong attention to detail and accuracy in inventory control and documentation.
6.Exceptional time management and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
