This self-starter will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong relationships with clients, and identifying key decision-makers within industrial sectors. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of exceeding sales targets, excellent technical knowledge, and the ability to work independently to achieve business goals. Experience calling on mining clients would be considered a great asset.

Qualifications:
Minimum 35 years of outside industrial sales experience, with knowledge or expertise in pumps and seals.
Diploma or degree in mechanical engineering, industrial sales, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
Strong prospecting and lead-generation abilities.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Technical aptitude for understanding and explaining product specifications and applications.
Ability to work independently and manage a sales territory effectively.
Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territory as well as internationally to attend tradeshows and visit suppliers.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
