Qualifications:
- Ability to communicate orally and in writing in English is required;
- College/CEGEP or equivalent experience is required;
- 3 years to less than 5 years of work experience in the food service sector including supervisory experience is required.
Job duties:
- Attend corporate operations meetings to report and discuss restaurant operations;
- Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations of all Kinton Ramen locations in the province of Ontario;
- Determine type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures;
- Estimate the price of products and services;
- Recruit, train and supervise staff according to the operating standards, and hiring and training practices of all Kinton Ramen locations in the province of Ontario;
- Monitor revenues and modify procedures and prices;
- Ensure health and safety of employees are properly protected according to the health and safety standards of Kinton Ramen;
- Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies;
- Negotiate with clients for catering or use of facilities;
- Develop, implement and analyze budgets;
- Participate in marketing plans and implementation;
- Address customers' complaints or concerns;
- Provide customer service when necessary;
- Provide support for the planning and implementation of new restaurant set-ups and new projects;
- Conduct performance reviews;
- Organize and maintain inventory.
