? Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate the administrative procedures of the office and assess, examine, and implement new procedures as necessary.
- Determine work priorities, delegate tasks to support staff, and ensure that deadlines are met and procedures are followed.
- Carry out administrative tasks.
- Manage policies and procedures concerning the release of records when processing requests under government access to information and privacy legislation.
- Organize and plan office services such as accommodations, relocations, equipment, supplies, forms, asset disposal, parking, maintenance, and security services.
- Conduct analyses and oversee administrative operations connected to budgeting, contracting, project planning, and management processes.
- Assist in the development of the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
- Compile data and create periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
? Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
? Education: Completion of Secondary High School
? Languages: English
