Job Requirements:
Language: English
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
Ability to Supervise: 3-4 people
Work Setting: Office Building, Cleaning Service company
Work Condition : work under pressure, tight deadlines
Work Environment: confined space, odors, dusty, dirty
Personal Suitability: Client focus, Efficient interpersonal skills , flexibility, good judgment, reliability
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Hire and train or arrange for training cleaning staff
Supervise and coordinate activities of workers
Inspect sites or facilities to ensure safety and cleanliness standards
Prepare budget and cost estimates
Recommend or arrange for additional services required
Assist cleaners in performing duties or may do cleaning duties as well
Coordinate work activities with other departments
Establish work schedules and coordinate activities with other departments
