Position Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Location: 211 Edward Street, Regina, SK S4R 4W2
Wage: $22.00 per hour, 35 hours per week
Overtime Wage: $33.00 per hour (1.5 times the regular hourly wage) for hours worked beyond 40 hours per week or 8 hours per day
Payment Schedule: Wages paid semi-monthly
Vacation Pay: Minimum of three weeks of paid vacation annually after one year of employment
Reports to: Store Manager
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage daily customer transactions, delivering exceptional service to promote the business and brand in the community.
- Order, price, and display merchandise according to store standards.
- Complete daily paperwork and computer entries accurately and promptly as directed by management.
- Provide courteous and efficient service at the pump island and sales area, adhering to company policies.
- Resolve customer complaints professionally and in a timely manner.
- Ensure the store is clean, well-stocked, organized, and maintained to high standards.
- Train and supervise new employees to ensure team efficiency and compliance with store protocols.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the Store Manager.
