The Growth Marketing Specialist plays a crucial role in supporting our mission and
strategy. As a key member of our team, you will collaborate closely with various
departments to ensure the successful delivery of projects aligned with our objectives.
Your responsibilities will include identifying target audience and segment email list,
crafting compelling email and landing page content, optimize campaign performance
through A/B testing and data analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
Assess characteristics of products or services to be promoted to determine marketing and advertising needs
Advise Management on marketing, advertising or sales promotion opportunities and strategies
Develop strategies and related content for digital marketing and advertising campaigns and implement them
Assist with post-campaign analysis to measure and report on marketing and advertising metrics
Maintain social media accounts, including managing customer reviews and testimonials
Conduct public opinion and attitude surveys to identify the interests and concerns of key groups served by their organization
Prepare reports, briefs, speeches, presentations, Web sites and press releases
Coordinate special promotions for internal and external audiences
Assist in the preparation of brochures, reports, newsletters and other material
Identify Target audiences and create segmented email lists.
Write compelling email copy and design visually appealing templates.
Write compelling landing page copy and provide suggestions on optimizing for conversion.
A/B test subject lines, email content, and send times to optimize campaign performance.
Assist with SMS platform and provide suggestions on growing user base.
Audit and maintain existing customer email and campaigns (including but not limited to: launching monthly sales, specialize products and program emails, and all other existing customers communications).
Assist in developing growth marketing strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
Conduct Market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for growth.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports and analysis to senior management.
Qualifications and Skills:
A university degree or college diploma in business marketing, public relations, communications, journalism, museology or a discipline related to a particular subject matter is usually required.
Proficiency in marketing operations and analytics.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Experience with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, BigCommerce, or equivalent.
Familiarity with marketing tools like Marketo, Klaviyo, or HubSpot.
