Unisystech Consulting Inc. is looking for two (2) Administrative Assistants NOC 13110


Duties:
-Prepare, edit, and proofread documents like emails, reports, invoices, and presentations related to software projects and IT services.
-Manage incoming communications (emails, mail, and calls) and direct them to the right person or department.
-Schedule and confirm meetings, appointments, and client calls for the team.
-Order office supplies and keep track of inventory to ensure the office runs smoothly.
-Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and provide general assistance to staff and clients.
-Organize and maintain both physical and digital files to keep company documents and project materials easily accessible.
-Set up office procedures and ensure the daily operations run efficiently.
-Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate team member or department.
-Take notes and prepare meeting minutes for internal meetings and client discussions.
-Arrange travel for staff, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.
-Assist with collecting and organizing project data and client feedback to support the team.
-Help onboard new staff and train them on office procedures and tools.
-Plan and organize company events, such as conferences, client meetings, and team workshops.



Job requirements
Education : College degree or above
Experience: 1 year or less clerical experience
Language: English
Wage: $31.00 - $35.00 per hr
