Job Requirements:
Tasks
Compile data to prepare documents
Establish and co-ordinate administrative policies and procedures
Prepare reports and others documents for consideration and presentation to executive committees and boards of directors
Supervise staff
Train staff
Analyze incoming and outgoing memoranda, submissions and reports
Prepare and co-ordinate the production and submission of summary briefs and reports
Prepare agendas and make arrangements for committee, board and other meetings
Conduct research
Meet with individuals, special interest groups and others to discuss issues and assess and recommend various courses of action based on meetings
Liaise with departmental and corporate officials and with other organizations and associations
Leading/instructing groups
Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations
Provide customer service
Serves as the Chief Executive Officer’s administrative liaison to Corbrook’s Board of Directors.
Maintains discretion and confidentiality in relationships with all board members.
Adheres to compliance with applicable rules and regulations regarding board and board committee matters, including preparation of meeting agendas and advance distribution of materials before meetings in electronic/paper format.
Responsible for attending and taking minutes at all Board meetings.
Participates as an adjunct member of the executive Team including assisting in scheduling meetings and attending all meetings.
Assists in coordinating the agenda of senior management meetings and off-sites, and all staff meetings.
Distributes and takes minutes at Board committee meetings, Management and Staff meetings as deemed necessary.
Edits and completes first drafts for written communications to external stakeholders
Maintains up-to-date list of all members of Corbrook
Acts as coordinator and project manager for the creation of Corbrook’s Community Report (Annual Report)
Follows up on contacts made by the Chief Executive Officer and supports the cultivation of ongoing relationships.
Edits all, and creates acknowledgement letters to all donors and prepares tax receipts for donors.
