Job duties:
•Collaborate with clients to gather required documents, review financial transactions, and help streamline engagement completion.
•Review financial records and generate accurate reports and statements for internal and external stakeholders.
•Assist senior team members in delivering diverse services, including tax planning and strategic business advice.
•Ensure accounting systems are properly implemented and maintained to support accurate and timely financial reporting.
•Establish and update internal controls and cost reporting procedures to improve financial operations and compliance.
•Interpret financial data to offer practical recommendations on tax, finance, and business strategy.
•Maintain clear and professional communication with colleagues, clients, and government bodies throughout the engagement process.
Experience and Education requirements:
• Holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce, finance, accounting, or a related area.
• Has at least one year of experience in an accounting or equivalent professional role.
• Demonstrates strong attention to detail, organization, and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities.
• Previous experience with accounting platforms or software is a strong advantage.
• Proven ability to perform well under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
