Responsibilities:

In this role you will prepare, cook/bake for Staffhouse facilities/catering and ensure an adequate quantity of operating supplies. You will maintain inventory control and security of kitchen facilities and equipment and will perform general housekeeping duties and all other duties as assigned.

You will be responsible for personal safety and that of co-workers by observing and promoting the Corporation's Safety and Health Program. You will also be responsible for any environmental aspects of the job and performing work in an environmentally responsible manner.

Job Requirements:

You will hold a Journeyperson Certificate in Commercial Cooking and Food Preparation and you will have one (1) year experience as a Cook following certification OR a nine (9) months pre-employment course in Commercial Cooking and Food Preparation and Five (5) years experience. You shall have a thorough knowledge of all trade related safety and operating regulations and must possess a valid Class 5 driver's licence.
