Coordinator, Leisure Centres & Recreation Programs
City of Regina

The City of Regina is seeking an experienced and community-minded leader to oversee the operation, planning, and growth of our three major leisure centres, outdoor pool program, and a variety of sport and recreation initiatives. Reporting to the Manager of Community & Recreation Programs, youll lead a team of facility and program staff to deliver high-quality, inclusive, and engaging recreation opportunities for residents.

In this role, you will manage day-to-day facility operations, develop and deliver sport and recreation programming, foster partnerships with community organizations, and lead major events that enhance quality of life in Regina. You will drive participation and revenue growth through innovative programming, effective marketing, and exceptional customer servicewhile ensuring safe, accessible, and efficient facilities.
