Assignment Information
A well established Transportation client for a number of years in the Kingston area is seeking an energetic and dynamic individual to join their team to provide temporary coverage for their busy months.
This position is weekdays.
Responsibilities and Duties

Answering, screening and transferring incoming calls

Maintaining of filing system

Other general administrative duties as required

Qualifications and Skills

Strong analytical and problem - solving skills

Customer service oriented

Proven ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks

Professional verbal and written communication skills in English

Must have strong knowledge of MS Office including Excel and Word

Work Environment
