With the store’s development and high volume of customers, now we are hiring an experienced assistant manager to supervise the daily operation of the convenience store and gas station. Job Description:
To be an assistant manager, you should conduct the job duties listed below,

- Assign tasks, oversee employee duties including organizing sales on each category, and maintaining the sale on store system.

-Ensure operational effectiveness for the store retail business and employees follow company regulation and policy.

-Prepare sale budget, inventory flow budget, and gas order budget every month.

-Assist in determining price, sale promotion, and negotiate with vendors for points reward plan on specific products.

- Record asset acquisition, repair and disposition.

- Oversee day to day inventory management, maintain product displays

- Check inventory level, order gas, food and supplies.

-Determine the inventories to be ordered and purchased from suppliers

- Record daily cash sale and credit sale, manage cash receipts and record on booklet for bookkeeping purpose.

-Complete storage sheet, compare physical inventory and sale data, determine the differences and report to store manager everyday

-Assists the manager in the execution of all recruitment activities.

- Ensure store is kept clean, neat and organized and that all company policies are followed by employees at all times

- Answer customer enquiries and resolve issues in a professional and respectful manner

- Ensure a positive work environment for employees and an unmatched, superior customer experience at all times

Requirement:
2+ years of gas station and store management experience.
Completion of secondary school is required
Good communication skills (oral and written)
Effectively manage time and prioritize tasks to meet the demands of the business.
Self-motivated and high efficiency
Excellent power of execution and perceptiveness
Ability to motivate team through coaching & leadership.

Compensation:
Full time and permanent position
$15 per hour, 40 hours per week.
10 days paid vacation every year
